To add your Citizens Bank debit card, go to your preferred wallet app and select “add card” or the plus sign. Follow the prompts to add your card to the wallet.
Depending on your device, you may be prompted to complete card verification. Verification can be completed by calling 304.636.4095.
To protect you and your card information, the card number and personal information are not stored on the device. Your card number is only used to set up your digital wallet.
