The Branch Manager’s primary role is to provide new deposit account and loan services to customers, manage branch retail staff, and facilitate the overall successful operation of the branch. The Branch Manager is expected to provide excellent customer service and be actively involved in the daily function of the branch.
Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of banking experience, including 2+ years of lending experience.

The Commercial Loan Assistant will report directly to the Chief Lending Officer. The primary responsibilities of this position are to expedite closings of commercial loans by preparing all loan documentation from the approved credit summary; serve as liaison with legal counsel, borrower, and third-party vendors in ordering, coordinating receipt, and review of all required documents. This position will input loan data and ensure compliance of all loan documentation and other duties associated with same. Prior loan experience preferred.

We have an opening for a Head Teller/Universal Banker at the Beverly office. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the teller line and compliance with federal and state regulations as well as bank policies and procedures. The Head Teller/Universal Banker maintains primary responsibility for cash vault, completes a variety of teller related duties, trains tellers on all aspects of branch operations, and provides exceptional customer service. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers customers to appropriate department.
