Customer Service Center Specialist

The Customer Service Center Specialist is a versatile role that reports to the Customer Service Center Manager. This role’s primary responsibility is to provide superior customer experience while delivering results that align with building and retaining strong relationships in a virtual environment. This role is responsible for promoting personal and friendly interaction while ensuring a thorough and knowledgeable solution for the customer’s reason for contact. This role will act as the advocate for the customer and will take ownership of the end-to-end client experience.

Financial Center Manager | Elkins

The Financial Center Manager’s primary role is to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure that front-line personnel are prepared to consistently deliver customers our Gold Standards of Service. The manager in this role provides direct supervision for customer-facing staff, including setting goals and tracking progress, as well as taking corrective action when needed.

The staff in this area will open & maintain deposit accounts, consumer and mortgage loans, provide teller services, and other related services. The manager may be called upon to participate in the design and promotion of bank services, suggesting changes necessary for successful retail efforts, and is expected to ensure their staff is ready for success with promotions or new processes.

The financial center manager leads their personnel in the practice of good sales and cross selling skills and ensures that our sales program is properly administered and followed. In addition, the manager is responsible for ensuring that retail functions are carried out consistently and in accordance with bank policy.

The financial center manager is expected to lead the retail staff on their team in a way that effectively offers the full range of banking services to current and potential customers. EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree with major in Business, Economics, or equivalent preferred. Commensurate industry experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • Five or more years of banking experience, two of which involved lending functions.
  • This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes a good working knowledge of accounting and computer skills as well as utilization of office equipment.

Loan Input Clerk

The Loan Input Clerk position will report directly to the Loan Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities of this position include the booking of new loans, input of daily transactions, loan maintenance and modification processing and daily processing/emailing of insurance policies.

Other duties covered by this position include completing advances for construction loans and lines of credit, accepting payment and payoffs on accounts, giving payoffs on loans, customer service in person and via phone and emails and any other tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Prefer 1-3 years experience in a related position in a community bank.
  • This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.

Part-Time Teller | New Martinsville

We have an opening for a part-time teller position at our New Martinsville financial center. This position is responsible for daily teller functions, customer transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage/consumer/other loan payments and other transactions as needed. Teller will issue official (cashier) checks, process cash advances, change orders, and additional functions as needed.
